It may not be A New Hope but Leia Organa still needs your help in Fortnite’s Galactic Battle season and we can walk you through the process of completing her story quest.
Fortnite’s latest mini-season is packed full of content, with regular weekly updates, but there’s limited time to get everything done with the season drawing to a close on June 7—making it around two months shorter than Epic Games’ usual season length.
From the locations you need to visit to the exact steps you need to take, we’ve detailed the entire process below so you can net some huge XP to progress the Battle Pass.
Where to Find Leia Organa in Fortnite
Leia Organa is found northwest of Brutal Boxcars and east of Lonewolf Lair. The exact spot is shown on the map above but be careful of enemies as this location is on the doorstep of two named locations.
Just like the Luke Skywalker Story Quest, expect competition from enemy players if you’re aiming to complete it shortly after the May 8 arrival.
Later in the season, when more people have completed the quest, it may be less competitive in this area—though there is a great location to loot nearby.
How to Complete Leia Organa Story Quest in Fortnite
There are four stages to the Leia Organa Story Quest in Fortnite, each of which must be completed in the same game.
Unlike other tracked quests, you can’t chip away at progress in different matches, so make sure you’ve got decent loot before initiating the quest in case you come across enemies.
To complete the quest, follow these steps:
- Dive into a Fortnite match, speak to Leia Organa and choose the dialogue options that display a diamond with an exclamation mark.
- Travel to the eAt-eAT location, marked on the map above.
- Find the fallen AT-AT on the west side of the location with wires poking out.
- Use the ‘Hotwire Cannon‘ prompt to fire the cannon at the nearby pile of fallen boulders.
- Enter the cave uncovered by the cannon blast.
- Interact with the Imperial Console on the right-hand side of the cave as you enter, which is marked by a white diamond and exclamation point.
- Return to Leia Organa and interact with her to initiate dialogue and complete the quest.
When all those steps are completed, you should have a decent amount of loot to help you push toward a Victory Royale.
