With any Grand Theft Auto (GTA) game, you can expect a lot of crime to happen. After all, the name of the game is a crime in and of itself. But just how much crime was there in the first GTA 6 trailer?
From reckless driving to indecent exposure, there were plenty of things happening throughout the 91-second trailer. According to one analysis from JeffBet, the new trailer showed 25 crimes being committed in total. That breaks down to a crime every 3.6 seconds.
To figure out what was actually a crime or not, the analyzers used local laws from Florida, where the fictional state of Leonida is based, to determine both the crime and the maximum penalties.
You can check out the trailer again below, and then view the list of crimes committed along with the timestamp and penalties.
GTA 6 launches in 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Just know that in GTA, you will commit crimes throughout. So think ahead if you don’t like it.
