Forza Horizon 6 is racing onto the scene, and the new progression system with Wristbands means players will want to level up fast to unlock all of the events.
The Playground Games title is making a significant shift from the past two titles in the series, with Forza Horizon 6 adopting a more linear progression path, though still maintaining the freedom to play exactly how you want.
If you’re desperate to unlock all Wristbands, and thus open up all of the available events in Forza Horizon 6, Insider Gaming has tips to help.
How to Get Wristbands Fast in Forza Horizon 6

Wristbands in Forza Horizon 6 are awarded for hitting significant milestones in Horizon Events, opening the door to Rush and Showcase events.
Completing Rush and Showcase events unlocks the next Wristband level, and a slew of new events in the game. As such, you’ll always have something new to do.
Below, we’ve outlined some specific tips to level up quickly and unlock Wristbands in Forza Horizon 6.
Win Races & Adjust Difficulty
Completing races and events for the first time in Forza Horizon 6 provides a decent chunk of XP to progress towards the next Wristband, but there’s also a bonus for winning each event.
As such, it might be worth considering reducing the difficulty of the Drivatars in the game to a level where you are winning every time. While this may feel too easy, the extra chunk you get towards the next Wristband is worthwhile.
However, it’s not quite enough to warrant retrying an event and pushing for a win if you’re unsuccessful the first time around.

Car Promo Photos
There are over 600 cars to collect in Forza Horizon 6, and each car has a small amount of XP tied to it by capturing a photo for the Horizon Promo.
While each car is only worth 10 points, it soon stacks up to a grand total of over 6,000. While it’s not worth taking every car out of your garage to photo, there are ways to get a handy boost.
Settling into an approach of entering photo mode at the start of every race and capturing a picture of all the vehicles in the event nets a decent bonus, particularly if you’re using different cars in different classes every time.
XP Boards
Like Promo bonuses, XP boards in Forza Horizon 6 don’t provide a huge boost towards your next Wristband themselves, but they can stack up nicely for bonuses.
1,000 XP boards provide 10 points towards your next Wristband, and while this won’t move the needle significantly every time, they soon add up, as the XP boards are easy to find.
If you manage to locate 3,000 XP and 5,000 XP boards, they provide 30 and 50 points, respectively.

Drive Everywhere
Forza Horizon 6 has removed the cost for fast travel and introduced a new auto-drive feature, but rather than skipping to the next event, it’s always worth making the journey yourself, as you never know what you’ll find.
On your way, you may past through Horizon Stunt events, like Speed Traps, Danger Zones, and Drift Zones, all of which can stack up for a healthy boost towards your next Wristband.
Additionally, you’ll uncover new regions, points of interest, and Mascots to help boost your Explore Japan level, unlocking more player houses and Barn Finds.
Link Skills
Link Skills are a new feature in Forza Horizon 6, providing you with Skill Points for completing the same Skill as another nearby player, and you don’t even need to be in a Convoy to take advantage.
The first time you complete a new Link Skill, you’ll receive 10 points towards your next Wristband. Again, while these aren’t groundbreaking amounts themselves, they soon stack up.
Partnering up with another player and quickly blitzing through the easy Skills like Drift, Burnout, Air, Speed, and others can net a nice little bonus.
Check Your Collection Book
If ever you’re unsure about what to do to earn points towards your next Wristband, check your Collection Book for a detailed breakdown of everything there is to tick off.
The Collection Book details every event to complete, alongside the bonuses for winning it, all the Stars available at Horizon Stunts, and pretty much everything else you can think of.
You can also use it to keep track of your progress at Drag Meets and Time Attacks, both of which have bonus points for first-time completion, and individually for each car class.
