Swizzy and Pixie have beaten 49 other duos in Belgium to claim the $400,000 grand prize at the Fortnite Global Championship 2026. The pair battled to victory and delivered one of the most memorable masterclasses in competitive Fortnite history, standing poles apart from the second-place duo of Shxrk and t3eny and decimating the remaining roster.
This now makes Swizzy the first player in Fortnite esports history to win back-to-back FNCS Global Championships, after he stormed to success last year in France alongside Merstach and Queasy.
Biggest Prize in Fortnite Esports
SwizzY and Pixie managed to keep up a positive flow across 12 intense matches, showcasing some exceptional consistency despite only landing a single win during the tournament. Only Higgs and Curve managed to get two wins, but they finished in 10th place overall, showing that it’s not just wins that count.
By the time the dust had settled, SwizzY and Pixie had secured 39 eliminations, racking up 525 points and an average placement of 13.42. That winning sum put them a handsome 32 points ahead of second place, representing a gulf when it came down to the deciding matches.
The pair managed to have a late tournament surge, which was indicated by their first (and only) win coming in during the tenth round out of 12.
In Belgium, the duo lifted the FNCS trophy, the Axe of Champions, and of course, they walked away $400,000 richer, taking the lion’s share of the enormous $2 million prize pool.
