The fiercely anticipated remake of Persona 4 has been confirmed at Summer Games Fest, providing the first look at the upcoming title.
Following on from the success of Persona 3 Reload in 2024, the next entry in the series is lined up for similar treatment, and, following plenty of speculation, was shown to the world during the showcase.
Persona 4 Revival’s appearance was certainly brief, however, with just a few seconds before the trailer ‘glitched’ out and showed the title screen, with the showcase then moving onto the next game.
No Release Window
For those hoping to see a solid release date, or at least a release window, there was no such news. Instead, we only saw confirmation of the platforms it will arrive on.
More details will be released by Atlus heading towards release, with the game set to arrive on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
Like many other games during the Xbox Showcase, there was no news on whether a release on Nintendo Switch 2 is planned, with Nintendo consoles omitted from the header art.
For those with an Xbox Game Pass subscription, Persona 4 Revival will be available day one on the service, and will also be playable using the Xbox Play Anywhere functionality.
