The Far Far West demo was acclaimed; it was anarchic, and it begged the question of early access. The Triple I Initiative is the perfect platform for putting indie games on the pedestal, and Far Far West is walking off into the sunset with an early access release date in hand.
If you played the Far Far West demo, you likely contributed to the overwhelmingly positive reception it received. In an age of Steam co-op and multiplayer titles, Far Far West might not be far off from being one of the best on paper.
Far Far West Arrives in Early Access on April 28
During the Triple I Initiative showcase, everyone was treated to a look at the upcoming Far Far West early access launch.
The demo is one thing, but now it’s time to test out those trigger fingers for real. The wacky co-op horde shooter lets you play with up to four players in total, and you’ll see a different side of the wild west.
Monsters, spells, missions, bounties; it’s all in a day’s work for a gunslinger or two (or four).
Whether you played the demo or this is your first time learning about Far Far West, check out the full trailer shown during the Triple I Initiative to see if its early access is for you.
It’s unclear how long Far Far West will remain in early access, but it’s well worth a shootout. Let IG know if you intend to take part in early access, and what you thought of the demo through our Insider Gaming Discord.
There’s much more news to check out, including a Steam Workshop update improving browsing and performance, and developers accusing Gunzilla Games of not paying salaries for months.
