Amazon’s hit adaptation of Fallout doesn’t stop with Season 2; Season 3 has already been announced. The second season is due to release in 2025, but Amazon sees the show’s massive potential.
Fallout Season 2 wrapped up production in May 2025. We later learned that the second season would drop onto Amazon Prime in December 2025. What better way to spread Holiday cheer than with Ghouls and Giant Super Mutants? Well, you’d better get comfy, as Amazon isn’t content with a second season.
Amazon Announces Fallout Season 3 TV Series
We recently learned the Fallout TV series could run for a decade. I don’t think anyone would complain, and there’s enough source material to go around and keep the show sustained.
Amazon dropped a bombshell as we were ready to welcome Fallout Season 2 in December 2025. Long before Season 2 launches, we are getting Fallout Season 3 of Bethesda‘s game.
The news was confirmed in a presentation on Monday, May 13, where show producers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy said: “The holidays came a little early this year – we are thrilled to be ending the world all over again for a third season of Fallout.“
‘FALLOUT’ has been renewed for Season 3 at Prime Video. Season 2 premieres this December.
There’s no timeline for the third season just yet. That’s fine, as we have the small matter of Fallout Season 2 to keep us going.
