Insider Gaming sources have revealed prior to today’s Capcom Spotlight that the upcoming third-person shooter game Exoprimal will release on July 14, 2023.
The Capcom show will take place today at the following times:
- Pre-show: 2:10pm PT / 5:10pm ET / 10:10pm GMT / 11:10pm CET
- Main Show: 2:30pm PT / 5:30pm PT / 10:30pm GMT / 11:30pm CET
Capcom has stated that the show will be approximately 26 minutes in length, but it’s unclear if this includes both the pre-show and main show or not.
As for what will be announced at the show, Capcom has listed the following games:
- Resident Evil 4 Remake
- Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection
- Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak
- Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective
- Exoprimal
Exoprimal takes place in the year 2040, when a sudden outbreak of dinosaurs has engulfed the globe in a crisis that threatens humanity’s very existence. In response to the outbreak, players will take the role of exofighters and fight the dinosaurs in Aibius exo-suits. The player takes the exofighter aptitude test and joins the ranks of Aibius’s heroic pilots in their fight to stave off the extinction of the human race.
The producer of the Dino Crises series, Hiroyuki Kobayashi is credited as the producer of exoprimal, but it’s been confirmed that it’s not related to the Dino Crisis series.
Exoprimal will release July 14, 2023, on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.

Sources also said that Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak will be coming to consoles on April 28, 2023.
