Everywhere First Details Revealed By Build A Rocket Boy

The first details about the highly anticipated game Everywhere have been revealed. The game is being developed by Build a Rocket Boy, a studio founded by former Rockstar North president Leslie Benzies.

Everywhere is described, according to VGC, as “a new platform that offers a world of endless possibilities, where you can be whomever you choose and forge your own path.” The game’s world will be “ever-expanding” and “infinitely varied,” with players able to travel to different planets and star systems.

The game’s development is being led by Benzies, who is joined by a team of experienced developers, including former Rockstar employees. The team is said to be focused on creating a “deeply immersive” and “revolutionary” gaming experience.

Everywhere features a central hub called Utropia as well as multiple biomes around it. Within Utropia, players will be able to access different districts. Each district will offer different gameplay and creation options.

A couple of the districts in the game are the Racing District which allows players to race against others and the Combat District which lets players play in third-person battles. Players will also be able to use the game’s ARC-adia creation suite to design and create their own Racing and Combat events to share online and play with others.

Everywhere is still in development, and no release date has been announced. However, it was mentioned that the game “will be in the hands of players this year.”

Build A Rocket Boy Is Putting A Game Within Everywhere

It was also revealed by Build A Rocket Boy that a second game, known as MindsEye, is in development. MindsEye will be available within Everywhere itself, though the studio says it will be its own “distinct” product.

MindsEye, according to the studio, is a “high-octane, triple-A, story-driven action-adventure game, set in a world of futuristic corporations, conspiracy theories, and sinister new technologies.”

Despite being its own separate game, MindsEye is expected to be released in chapters based on various themes. As those chapters are released, assets from them will be made available to players within the ARC-adia creation suite.

What do you think of Everywhere’s first details as well as the announcement of a game within a game, MindsEye?
