Princess Peach: Showtime! is a brand new title by Nintendo set to release in 2024, and it pulls in a lot of new gameplay styles that we have yet to see within the Mario world. The game already has a very promising storyline, that is getting fans excited to explore.

Princess Peach Gets Her Own Title in Princess Peach: Showtime!
The new Princess Peach spinoff game takes Peach’s expertise to a whole new level. The game takes on the “whodunnit” style, where Peach has to figure out who the culprit is during an “accident” that happens at her favourite theatre.
The gameplay is unique, as Peach is playing a detective throughout the entire game, but with a twist. You get to see a little bit more of her than usual, as she shows off her sword fighting skills, karate skills, baking skills and more.
It seems as if the game has various levels where you play different styles of Peach as she tries to defend everyone at the theatre, finding out who among them is the bad guy.

Out of a lot of games to be released in 2024 by Nintendo, Princess Peach: Showtime! has a release date, whereas others are just rumoured to release at some point during the year.

This means the game is right around the corner, as it is set to release this Spring, making it the perfect title to play going into the summer. As of now, there are no signs of any pushbacks on the release, and fans should expect the game to release on time.

What Will Princess Peach: Showtime! Be Rated?
The new Princess Peach: Showtime! game already has a rating of E for everyone 10+. This means the game is suitable for anyone 10 years old and above, making it a perfect game for the family to enjoy.
The only warning this rating provides people with is “fantasy violence”, meaning the game has a bit of toon violence that players should be wary of. Still, though, it seems as if the game was made for pretty much everyone, making it the perfect Nintendo title.
Will Princess Peach: Showtime! Release on the PS5, Xbox or PC?
Sadly, no, Princess Peach: Showtime! will not be available to play on any other system other than the Nintendo Switch. The game is a Nintendo exclusive, as are all other Mario titles.
Fans planning on purchasing the new game need to make sure they also have a Nintendo Switch in their arsenal. Luckily, the game will be playable on all types of Switches, including the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite and the Nintendo Switch OLED.
The future of whether or not Nintendo games will be released on other platforms is highly unlikely, so people should not expect to eventually be able to play the game, or any other Nintendo title, elsewhere.
Will Princess Peach: Showtime! Be Multiplayer?
While most Mario games tend to have a multiplayer mode, Princess Peach: Showtime! will sadly not. The game is, in fact, a single-player story-mode game. Players will have to play as Peach alone in this one.
In the past, the majority of Mario titles, whether they are main games or spin-offs, have always had a multiplayer mode. Peach’s new game not having one is a surprise to many, as a game of this stature would probably be great to play with friends.
Still, though, Princess Peach: Showtime! looks more fun than a lot of other video games being released this year, and should still be enjoyed despite not having a multiplayer mode.
How Much Will Princess Peach: Showtime! Cost?
Right now, the game is listed at USD 59.99, which is the normal price for the majority of video games. Sadly, though, Nintendo used to be known for its lower prices, but now most games are sitting at the same prices as other video games.
