Evercade Announces New DOOM Collection Cartridge

The Evercade DOOM Collection brings classic DOOM games to one cartridge with multiplayer, enhanced features, exclusive modifiers, and more.

As Evercade continues to blaze a unique path in the gaming industry in 2026, their latest announcement brings one of the most important game franchises to a brand-new cartridge, along with exclusive gameplay options and a limited-edition Evercade Nexus console.

DOOM Collection Coming to Evercade With Exclusive New Features

On August 6, 2026, Evercade announced that the collection will be released, featuring the original two DOOM games along with six map packs. The two games have been ported from their PC versions to provide a native experience on Evercade, complete with numerous quality-of-life improvements.

This collection also includes popular map expansions for the games, such as TNT: Evilution, The Plutonia Experiment, Master Levels for DOOM 2, No Rest for the Living, SIGIL, and SIGIL II. Additionally, it contains the DOOM: Deathmatch Pack, which features a variety of multiplayer maps designed specifically for local competitive play.

Additionally, the collection expands multiplayer with some all-new modes, including Chaosmatch, Instagib, and Tag, joining classic Deathmatch and co-op game modes.

The DOOM Collection Cartridge Releases October 30

There will also be a limited edition Evercade Nexus based on DOOM. Limited to 3,000 units globally, this collector’s edition includes an exclusive DOOM-themed Evercade Nexus console.

The Nexus also comes with unique packaging, a big-box version of The DOOM Collection cartridge, a DOOM carry case, a comic, a keyring, a double-sided poster, and a numbered Certificate of Authenticity. The limited edition Nexus will cost $249.99.

“This is one of the most exciting releases we’ve ever produced for Evercade. DOOM helped define an entire genre and remains one of the most influential games ever made. Bringing together every major classic campaign, brand-new Evercade features, local multiplayer, and a stunning collector’s edition of the Evercade Nexus makes this a landmark release for both Evercade and DOOM fans alike,” Andrew Byatt, CEO, Blaze Entertainment, stated in a press release.
