Esports World Cup Week 7: Trackmania, CrossFire, Fortnite, and Counter-Strike 2 Close EWC 2026

The Esports World Cup 2026 has reached its final week, with four trophies to play for as well as the $30,000,000 Club Championship prize pool.

Insider Gaming has all the info you need to enjoy EWC 2026’s final week before the Counter-Strike 2 tournament brings an end to the action in Paris.

CrossFire at the Esports World Cup 2026

Dates: August 18-August 22
Prize pool: $2,000,000
1st place: $750,000

$2,000,000 is up for grabs at the CrossFire Esports World Cup event, with CrossFire’s undying popularity in China, Southeast Asia, and Brazil making the EW CrossFire tournament a strong international competition.

The event may prove to be one of the most influential for the final Club Championship standings, with Falcons, AG.AL and Vitality all present at the event.

NAVI will also be looking to keep their streak of earning points at every event they enter alive, but face a tough opening matchup against Falcons.

Trackmania at the Esports World Cup 2026

Dates: August 19-August 22
Prize pool: $500,000
1st place: $130,000

Trackmania has a special place at EWC 2026, being the newest title to be admitted into the festival. The game was prominently featured in ‘Road to EWC’ LANs across various events, such as DreamHack.

There will be a lot of high-flying action as representatives from organizations like Team Nemesis and BIG hope to recreate their elite form outside of the competition at EWC.

The event features double-elimination groups before an all-or-nothing single-elimination bracket, where the top four will contest directly for tournament placement in the Grand Final.

Reload Elite Series Championship at EWC 2026

Dates: August 19-August 22
Prize pool: $1,025,000
1st place: $260,000

Announced at EWC 2025, Fortnite Reload now reaches its first competitive global finals with the Reload Elite Series Championship at EWC 2026.

The Esports World Cup 2026 features the 40-player, fast-paced, automatic respawn mode in a mix-up of the usual Battle Royale fare at EWC.

FNCS Major 2 EU champions, Nikolaj ‘Sky’ Helleskov and Adrian ‘Scroll’ Richelieu, will represent AG.AL, with runners-up Oltean ‘shxrk’ Ștefan and Tin ‘t3eny’ Popovic playing for Aurora in the opposing group.

Hopefully, that will lead to an exciting Match Point final, as teams will aim to earn 350 points, then win a match to bring home the inaugural Reload Elite Series Championship.

CS2 at the Esports World Cup 2026

Playoffs: August 19-23
Prize pool: $2,000,000
First Place: $600,000

The Counter-Strike 2 esports tournament will close the Esports World Cup. The Grand Final has been relocated to the Accor Arena to accommodate even more fans as France embraces CS once again.

Following the group stage, a largely unbalanced playoff draw has resulted, with Falcons, NAVI, Vitality, Spirit, and FaZe all on the same side of the draw.

Their loss should be MOUZ or FURIA’s gain, but so early in CS2’s second season of the year, it’s truly all to play for in Paris. You can find our full CS2 EWC 2026 Playoffs preview here.

The Club Championship trophy will be awarded following the conclusion of the Grand Final. At this stage, it is impossible to know whether that match will decide the $7,000,000 first-place prize for the winner, but Insider Gaming will keep you up to date with all the happenings as we hurtle towards EWC 2026’s climactic conclusion.
