Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree PC Specs Revealed

In an official blog post today, FromSoftware confirmed the PC specs for Elden Ring’s anticipated DLC Shadow of the Erdtree.

For the “recommended operating environment,” PC setups should include an Intel Core i7-8700K or AMD RYZEN 5 3600X for CPU. Fans should also prepare for 16GB RAM of memory.

For GPU, today’s PC specs suggest NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB, AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 8GB, or an Intel Arc A750 8GB.

Last week, FromSoftware also confirmed the Shadow of the Erdtree download size and pre-load date. The download size will be around 16 GB, and the pre-load date is set for June 19, 2024.

The latest glimpses of Shadow of the Erdtree include a brief story trailer and a few leaked images.

Recent Shadow of the Erdtree previews were also quite revealing. A variety of outlets reported key details, such as new enemies and more.

A PlayStation blog confirmed there will be “10+ full bosses and additional side bosses,” as well as “around one hundred new weapons.” It also introduces a new Martial Arts weapon type, and a Shadow Realm Blessing system.

However, a recent report also suggests that Shadow of the Erdtree might turn out to be Elden Ring’s first and last DLC.

Shadow of the Erdtree will finally launch on June 21, 2024. It will be available on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
