Bungie has released a new gameplay trailer for Destiny 2: The Final Shape.
The trailer, which you can watch below, gives a look at a number of the new features and changes coming to the game as part of the major update.
Destiny 2: The Final Shape will feature a brand new raid, a new destination known as “The Pale Heart”, three new supers, a new enemy unit, new weapons, and a lot more.
In addition to the gameplay trailer, Bungie held a 20-minute preview event to give players a deeper look at what to expect when the DLC releases. You can watch that below, as well.
Destiny 2: The Final Shape launches June 4. The DLC was originally scheduled to release in February, but was delayed to June amid a number of layoffs at Bungie. Back in November 2023, The Final Shape was being viewed as a “make or break” expansion for both Destiny 2 and Bungie as a studio under Sony. Bungie is in a place where it has to build back its player base, and the goal for the upcoming release is to do just that.
