Cyberpunk 2077’s Update 2.5 Secretly Adds The Witcher Content

Of course, CD Projekt RED has sneaked in some The Witcher 3 easter eggs into Cyberpunk 2077. The tireless company continues to bridge the connection between its two key franchises, and the 2.5 Update is packed with neat little touches.

Cyberpunk 2077 fans were treated to a shock update. It seemed like CD Projekt Red was done with the dystopian thrills of Night City, but just when you thought they were out, the team was pulled back in for some additional treats.

Thanks to @vinalxo (through @SynthPotato), various weapons and cosmetics have been tracked down in Cyberpunk 2077. This includes a badass Sihil sword and some fun cosmetics.

Here’s everything you can find that we know of so far:

  • Boar Carver
  • Boots
  • Professor Spectacles
  • Sihil sword
  • Ursine Jacket
  • Ursine Pants
  • Witcher t-shirt

How to Get Free The Witcher Items in Cyberpunk 2077

You can get these at V’s apartment after Arianne contacts you about a gift via text to get these Witcher goodies in Cyberpunk 2077.

Again, credit goes to those above who figured this out!

This might be one final send-off update for Cyberpunk 2077, who even knows with CDPR at this point! If it is, what a nice way to end the content, and it leads up nicely to The Witcher 3’s upcoming Songs of the Past DLC, and of course, The Witcher 4.

Are you going to be on the hunt for these new goodies? Let us know your thoughts on the Insider Gaming Discord server.
