Cubex is a multiplayer survival horror experience, where up to four players awaken inside a gigantic cube. Trapped with no way out, you’ll have to explore interconnected rooms and solve each one’s puzzles and trials to move on to the next.
Of course, it’s never that simple. The cube around you is constantly shifting and rotating, with new environments and paths opening up to be explored. Work with your friends to find an escape, or turn on one another to protect yourself.
The game wears its inspirations on its sleeves, with the cult film Cube a clear influence for the title. Expect high-tension engagements, trust-testing trials, and a threat that lurks in the shadows…

Key features
The Cube
At the heart of Cubex is the Cube itself. Rooms and pathways will constantly be shifting, making it more difficult to escape. It’s easy to think of the Cube as just the setting, when in fact, it’s arguably a living enemy that you need to overcome. Solve the various puzzles and trials at each door to escape.
Unseen Threat
Whilst you’re working your way through the various rooms in the Cube, you’ll want to watch your step, as something else is in there with you. Move silently to avoid the threat, as it lurks in the shadows and listens to every sound you make.
Realistic 3D Graphics
It’s all made even more terrifying thanks to the game’s realistic 3D graphics. Cubex displays a minimalistic atmosphere that reinforces the isolation and claustrophobic environment you find yourself in.
Multiplayer Horror
All of these features come together to create an immersive multiplayer experience. Distrust is the center of the tension, as you need to decide whether you can rely on your friends to escape together, or if you need to look out for number one.

Cubex is developed by Gamez Studio, an independent studio based in Zamora, Spain. Founded by Ivan Gomez and Jordi mesa, the two had a clear goal of putting Zamora on the map of professional gaming. Creativity and collaboration are at the heart of their ideals and core to their growth.
