Crimson Desert & Fortnite Collaborating For Exclusive Skin

A Crimson Desert Fortnite skin is now available, and here’s how you can get your hands on it.

Fortnite is known as the place for collaborations in the world of gaming, with the popular battle royale title crossing over with a multitude of franchises, including gaming. Most recently, we saw the title teasing a crossover with Super Meat Boy 3D, and now a collab with Crimson Desert has been announced.

Crimson Desert’s Kliff Comes to Fortnite

A recent post from the official Crimson Desert account on X (formerly Twitter) reveals that a new Fortnite skin is available, but it won’t be easy for all players to obtain. To unlock the Crimson Desert skin, players must purchase the game from the Epic Games Store and will then receive the skin as a “gift with purchase” in Fortnite. The skin in question is of Kliff, the protagonist of Crimson Desert.

The fine print states that any pre-purchase or purchase of Crimson Desert on the Epic Games Store from January 23, 2026, 11 AM ET will grant players the Kliff outfit in the game from March 19, 2026, until the product leaves the store. Players will need to have their Epic accounts linked to grab the reward.

In other news, Crimson Desert developers have begun R&D on a Switch 2 version, but can’t provide a definitive answer right now. Additionally, Pearl Abyss has moved the core Crimson Desert development team to their next title, DokeV. What are your thoughts on the Crimson Desert skin for Fortnite?
