BLAST R6 Major Salt Lake City Tournament Guide—Schedule, Teams, and Predictions

The BLAST R6 Major Salt Lake City is the next big Rainbow Six event in the calendar, landing midway through May 2026. It’s a critical part of the qualification loop that eventually leads to the Six Invitational, one of the most important esports events in the business, and it’ll see the best teams in the world descend upon North America.

Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about the BLAST R6 Major Salt Lake City tournament, including the schedule, teams competing, predictions, and where to watch the event.

BLAST R6 Major Salt Lake City Schedule and Format

Swiss Stage

BLAST R6 Major Salt Lake City Predictions

If we use precedence, we can see that FaZe Clan just went on a wild run and secured back-to-back Six Invitational trophies, so an easy pick would be the Brazilian organization.

The last BLAST R6 Major winner was M80, using the beastcoast squad that won the BLAST R6 Major in Manchester the year before. However, M80 lost traction at the Six Invitational, resulting in a disastrous elimination in the earlier stages. Further to that, the team failed to qualify for the BLAST R6 Major, resulting in a further skew to expectations.

Team Falcons has honestly been running hot lately, coming in second at the Munich Major, winning the MENA League Regional Finals, and secureing a third-place finish at the Six Invitational in February, so there might be something sensible in backing them.
