Best Grow A Garden Seeds & How to Get Them

Bamboo
Bamboo is far from the most expensive crop in Grow A Garden, costing 4,000 Sheckles for a seed, but it’s a quick grower and can yield decent profits. The minimum value of Bamboo is just shy of the seed price at around 3,700, but with a larger size and Mutations, than number can surge significantly.
It’s by far one of the best seeds to purchase if you’re looking for a quick profit, and it’s pretty common in the Seed Shop too.
Cactus
Cactus Seeds cost 15,000 Sheckles from the Seed Shop, quite a hefty outlay, but the benefit of Cactus’ is that they are a quick-growing, multi-harvest plant, with each growth yielding one to four fruits. Each has a base sale value of 3,069 Sheckles, so in just a few harvests you’ll have made your money back.
Cactus Seeds are quite a regular sight in the Seed Shop, appearing at least once a day on average,
Pepper
With a price of one million Sheckles for a Pepper Seed, it’s an expensive outlay, but each harvest yields six Peppers, three on each vine, which have a base value of 8,000. While it will take a long while to recoup that outlay with basic Peppers, waiting for Mutations to occur can skyrocket the valuation.
Think of Peppers as a long-term investment, allowing for at least two or three Mutations to stack before you harvest and sell.
Cacao
With just a 0.75% chance of appearing in the Seed Shop, Cacao Seeds are one of the rarest in Grow A Garden but deserve their spot among the best. An initial outlay of 2.5m Sheckles is hefty, but every harvest can yield up to five fruits—and harvested Cacaos are required to make Choc Sprays.
With a base value of 12,000 for a Fruit, it will take a while to earn back your investment on Cacao, but the best use of this plant is to make Choc Sprays, increasing the value of specific items.
Bone Blossom

Available in weekly quests during the Prehistoric event, the Bone Blossom is well worth grinding for as it yields up to three fruits on each harvest, with a minimum value of 157,938. As the first Transcendent crop added to the game, don’t miss out on the chance to add it to your garden.
When the event ends, expect the Bone Blossom to appear occasionally via a new wandering trader.
Sugar Apple
One of the rarest seeds in Grow A Garden, with just a 0.34% of appearing in the Seed Shop, Sugar Apples are a fan-favorite crop and deserve their spot amongst the best in the game. However, with a whopping price of 25m Sheckles for a single seed, it will take quite a while of grinding to get your hands on it.
With a minimum value of 43,000 Sheckles, it will take a long while to make back what you spent on the seeds, but when multiple Mutations are applied, the Sugar Apple value is boosted significantly.
Bell Pepper
Introduced in the Summer Harvest event, the Bell Pepper can now only be purchased from a wandering trader, with a 2.5% chance of being in stock when the trader appears. Costing 55,000 for a Seed, Bell Peppers are an affordable way to make a quick profit due to being multi-harvest and yielding several at a time.
A minimum value of just under 5,000 means you’ll have to sell several to get your money back, though, as usual, this is increased significantly with Mutations.
