The official release date for Beast of Reincarnation is Tuesday, August 4th, but there are some regional differences.
For many on PC, Beast of Reincarnation’s release date is actually Monday, August 3, due to a global release schedule and timezone differences.
Those on XBOX Series X|S and PlayStation 5, however, will have to wait for August 4, from the information that is available so far, including those who want to play with a Game Pass subscription.
One major difference on PC is that the earlier release times look set to be for Steam only, whereas those on the XBOX app will have to wait for the console release period.

The exact release time for Beast of Reincarnation varies from platform to platform, and, in some cases, those on PC will be able to play early
On XBOX Series X|S and PlayStation 5, the Beast of Reincarnation release time is expected to be midnight local time on August 4. However, for those on PC, a global release schedule means the exact times will vary.
In fact, for the majority of the world, Beast of Reincarnation will actually be playable from August 3 on PC via Steam, according to SteamDB.
