Marvel Rivals Season 9 is here, and there’s a mystery afoot. With the sudden and mysterious death of Apocalypse catching everyone off guard, it seems like he’s not the only one to meet their end, as Wolverine, Psylocke and Gambit have also been murdered.
Now it’s about finding the killers and figuring out who put an end to Apocalypse; before we can do that, though, we first need to figure out who killed Psylocke. This is all part of the new Death of Apocalypse event, with new cases dropping over the next week, and you’ll have to search for clues and deduce who the culprit is.
That said, it’s not an easy task, and piecing together the crime can be slightly confusing. With that in mind, here’s how to solve the Death of Psylocke during the Death of Apocalypse event in Marvel Rivals.
How To Solve Death Of Psylocke Event In Marvel Rivals
When you boot up the new Death of Apocalypse event in Marvel Rivals, you’ll realise that you need to piece together a crime scene by finding clues.
Unlike other events, where you just complete in-game challenges, this one is a little more involved. You’ll see that the gallery card above has a bunch of sparkles on it. Pressing on one will reveal details about the crime scene, with conversations between heroes highlighting some key words.
Eventually, you’ll have acquired all of the key words, and when you flip the page to investigate, you’ll find a body of text with words missing, as well as three people of interest. It’s your job to use the clues you’ve gathered to fill in the blanks, and get to the bottom of the mystery.
Once you’ve placed them all, it’ll tell you if there are any wrong answers, but not specifically which one needs changing. It can be a frustrating process, especially if you’re set on your answers. So, if you’re struggling to complete the challenge, here’s the official solution, but be warned: there are spoilers involved!

… Who is none other than Loki, the God of Mischief. It seems like Thor’s half-brother had discovered how to rewrite destiny, but he needed one last ingredient.
That led him to Psylocke, who comes from a unique watercolor universe. Believing that her blood was the means to an end, he trapped her within an illusion, whilst framing Magik as the killer.
To his dismay, all he found was that Psylocke’s blood allowed him to redraw fragments of lost worlds—and not rewrite destiny to his will. It’s another damning revelation in the effort to uncover Apocalypse’s killer, but we still need to figure out who killed Gambit, so the work isn’t over just yet.
