A new look at the battle royale map in Battlefield 6 has been leaked online.
The telegram group—1BF—that has regularly been posting details about the game have shared an overview video of the location and various points of interest.
It’s a short 10 second clip, but it gives a top-down view of the Los Angeles-based location, or at least a small area of it. It also shows a map that’s much more vibrant than what players saw from the traditional multiplayer reveal for the upcoming game. What’s unclear, as of publishing, is how recent this build is, though it could be assumed it’s an earlier version due to the pink placeholder items throughout.
According to EA and DICE, the new mode is planned to come to Battlefield Labs in the near future.
Battlefield 6’s first open beta starts on Saturday, August 9. Those who obtained a key from Twitch drops or were a part of Battlefield Labs will get early access from August 7-8.
A second beta weekend for the game will take place from August 14-17. And it’s currently available to pre-load now on your platform of choice. If you are worried about storage space for the beta, it comes in a lot smaller than some might expect.
