Baldur’s Gate 3 is an epic undertaking that has been in development for a dramatically long time. It has 174 hours of cinematics alone, and it’s arguably one of the most ambitious RPGs to emerge in recent years – and you can get your hands on it from August 3rd, depending on which platform you’re playing it on.
However, epic elements aside, it was recently revealed that in Baldur’s Gate 3, some steamy undertones are present. In one scene, it was shown that a player can work their way up to fornicating with a Druid parading as a literal bear, and recently, we’ve learned that there are options to customise your genitals.
Be Whoever You Want to Be
If we cast our minds back to 2020, we can remember how everyone was going nuts about… Well, nuts. In Cyberpunk 2077, genital customisation was a thing, and players were suddenly amending their private bits and adorning them with brightly-coloured and sculpted pubic hair, and the like.
Well, fast-forward to 2023, and gamers are preparing to tread that path once again, as it has been revealed that Baldur’s Gate 3 also has options to customise in-game genitalia. For some, it’s a hilarious opportunity to swing loose and have fun customising the minutiae of their characters, and for others, it’s a question of inclusion.
Oh, and before I forget, there’s also a tongue-in-cheek scene that sees the player character engaging in heartfelt relations with a Druid that’s taken it upon itself to morph into an enormous bear. It’s a scene that’s complete with a humorous shot of a squirrel dropping its nuts in shock as it looks on at the events, so it’s not all that graphic – we’re not talking The Revenant, here.
