The community has strongly influenced this update, which brings more PvE content than ever before to the game. It’s the right time of year to release this content too, as everyone is getting into the Halloween spirit very soon.
Read on to learn everything you need to know about Arena Breakout: Infinite’s seventh season.
Zombies Are Coming to Arena Breakout: Infinite
Two new Zombies-themed modes are coming to ABI with the Season 7 update, and there’s something for everyone. There’s a PvPvE mode and a PvE-centric offering on the way, both of which are jam-packed with ways to interact with the undead.
Here’s the full sweep of what’s coming to the PvPvE mode, ‘Infected Zone’, straight from MoreFun Studios:
- Available Maps: Farm, Valley, and Airport.
- Two Difficulty Levels: Infected Zone and Heavy Infected Zone — which correspond to Lockdown and Forbidden, respectively.
- Map Difficulties: Valley is set to Infected Zone, and Farm and Airport are set to Heavy Infected Zone.
- Unique Mechanics: Arena Breakout: Infinite will introduce exclusive containers and emergency missions in Infected Zone, enhancing the core Search, Combat, and Extract experience.
- Merchant System: There are some merchants in infected zones. Players can sell miscellaneous items to merchants and obtain high-value loot and information from merchants.
- New Out-of-Match Progression – Zombie Research: Players can obtain points through playing infected zones to unlock different abilities in Zombie Research Progression.
The ‘Zombie Endless’ PvE mode is pure insanity and will allow players to select roles, get their equipment, and last against endless hordes of bloodthirsty zombies.
In the notes for the Season 7 update for Arena Breakout: Infinite, the team divulged some of the new changes and balancing improvements coming, most of which have been influenced by the community.
