2) What these Terms cover
These Terms govern your use of the App. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
3) Eligibility & accounts
- You must be 16 or older to use the App. The App is not directed to children.
- Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Sign in via email/password or supported providers (Apple, Google, Facebook).
4) Content & forum rules
The App surfaces content from insider-gaming.com (WordPress) and the Insider Gaming Forum (XenForo). If you post, reply, upload, or submit user-generated content (UGC), you must follow our community guidelines. Moderators may remove content and suspend or ban accounts to keep the community safe. 5) Your content
You retain ownership of your UGC. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your UGC in connection with operating the App, the website, and the forum. Only upload content you have rights to share.
6) Subscriptions, purchases, and refunds
- We offer premium content and ad removal via auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple/Google (via RevenueCat or similar).
- Pricing, period, free trial (if any), and renewal details are shown in the App before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
- Manage/cancel in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
- Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies. A “Restore Purchases” option is available for eligible users.
7) Notifications
- Content notifications (new posts, podcast episodes): you control this in App/OS settings.
- Marketing notifications (promos/offers): separate opt-in; you can opt out at any time.
8) Ads & promotions
The App may display ads, sponsored content, or promotional placements. Ads may be delivered using our own ad server and tooling (for example, a Revive-based server or similar) and via in-app ad lists we control. Ads may appear alongside or inside content. Any future use of external ad networks or personalized advertising will follow our Privacy Policy and your consent settings.
9) Acceptable use
- Do not break laws.
- Do not harass or abuse others.
- Do not spam.
- Do not scrape or reverse engineer the App.
- Do not infringe IP rights.
10) Intellectual property
We own the App and its code, design, and branding. You may use the App only as permitted by these Terms.
11) Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and can request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, harm others, or risk the service.
12) Warranty disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
13) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (if any).
14) Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App and these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-App. You must accept updated Terms to continue using the App.
15) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts in London, UK.
