It’s been a great year for fans of cozy games, and while there’s still a while to go before a full release, the latest Aniimo closed beta is right around the corner.
Pawprint Studios’ creature-capture title has already garnered the attention of millions of fans worldwide, receiving over 15 million pre-registrations.
For all the details on the Aniimo closed beta, Insider Gaming has you covered.
When Does The Aniimo Closed Beta Start?

The Aniimo Closed Beta begins on Thursday, July 9, but no exact start time has been shared by Pawprint Studio yet. However, more details are imminent.
Sign-ups for the closed beta are available until July 5, and once that date passes, invitations for those selected to participate should start to be distributed.
That’s also when players can expect to discover the full details of exactly when the closed beta kicks off, but there may already be a hint of the start time.
Pawprint Studio has confirmed the Aniimo Closed Beta begins on July 9 in the CST time zone, eight hours ahead of UTC, so the doors could open on July 8 for those elsewhere in the world.
When Does The Aniimo Closed Beta End?
No end date has been shared by Pawprint Studio ahead of the start of the closed beta, with precise details expected to follow shortly.
The last closed beta began on January 23, 2026, and ended on February 8, 2026, so a similar duration could take place this time around. However, the end date may not be announced immediately.
The end of the last closed beta was announced on February 6, just two days before the servers closed, so there might not be much warning before the end.
However, all progress is wiped anyway, so you don’t have to worry too much.
