All Launch MWIII (2023) Battle Rifles, Ranked

While the Assault Rifle is arguably the most popular weapon type in Call of Duty, the Battle Rifle can be a great alternative. The Battle Rifle is a hybrid between an Assault Rifle and a Marksman Rifle, bringing firepower but at the cost of mobility. If you want to shake up your loadout then this could be a great option to try. Here are all of the launch Battle Rifles in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 ranked from worst to best.

3. Sidewinder

One thing that severely lets the Sidewinder down is its high recoil, which makes it incredibly unstable. It is a great weapon for close to mid-range engagements thanks to its high damage. But, you will need to use numerous attachments to get the recoil under control, which can make it more hassle than it is worth and there are much better options to choose from if you want to use a Battle Rifle.

2. MTZ-762

It is tough to say which Battle Rifle is the best as both of these next choices have excellent pros that make them great choices that can stand alongside the more popular Assault Rifles. With the right attachments, the MTZ-762 is a weapon to be feared with its high damage, increased aim, and great movement speed. The final entry on this list is hailed by the community as being the best, and I’m inclined to agree, but that doesn’t mean that the MTZ-762 shouldn’t be a gun to consider in your loadout.

1. BAS-B

For close to mid-range fights, the BAS-B is the perfect Battle Rifle due to its great damage output and easy-to-control recoil. With the right optic, such as the KR V4 1x Riser, the BAS-B can even be good for long-range firing, coupled with the 30 Round Mag this can be a great alternative to an Assault Rifle with it becoming one of the most versatile weapons in Modern Warfare 3.
