Fortnite has an abundance of awesome skins to purchase and flaunt to your friends, but you don’t have to constantly splash out V-Bucks, as free Fortnite skins are also available.
Free Fortnite skins come and go over time, often remaining available to claim for several months until they disappear. Sometimes, they return to the Item Shop for purchase, but this is never a guarantee.
If you want to make sure you don’t miss out on any of the free Fortnite skins currently available, use our guide here to claim them all.
All Free Fortnite Skins And How to Get Them

There are currently six free Fortnite skins available through several methods, though they are not all available on every platform.
End dates for the free Fortnite skins vary, with some not having any end date listed, while others are only available for a limited time. We’ve got details on each specific skin below.
How to get Vanguard Zadie skin

The Vanguard Zadie free Fortnite skin is earned by increasing your Account Level by 50 before June 7, with Zadie’s Blade Pickaxe (15 Account Levels) and Zadie’s Blade Back Bling (30 Account Levels) also claimable.
Raise your Account Level by completing weekly quests and challenges across all Fortnite modes, and keep an eye on your current season level. You can track your progress in the quests tab.
Vanguard Zadie is available to claim until June 7.
How to get First Order Stormtrooper skin

My personal favorite of the lot, the First Order Stormtrooper free Fortnite skin, is earned by linking your MyDisney account with your Epic Games account. Once done, the skin is added to your locker.
First Order Stormtrooper is available to claim until August 31.
How to get Explorer Emilie skin

The Explorer Emilie free Fortnite skin is earned by linking your LEGO account with your Epic Games account, which also earns another skin and an exclusive backbling.
There is no end date to claim the Explorer Emilie skin.
How to get Mr. Dappermint skin

The Mr. Dappermint free Fortnite skin is the second skin awarded by linking your LEGO account with your Epic Games account, which also provides the Greebles Back Bling.
Just like the Explorer Emilie skin, there is no end date to claim the Mr. Dappermint skin.
How to get Trailblazers Tai skin

The Trailblazers Tai free Fortnite skin is earned by claiming the True Explorers Quest Pack in the Item Shop, which doesn’t cost anything, and completing the challenges in LEGO Fortnite.
