Activision Changes Black Ops 7 Pre-Order Operator Skins

Activision is making changes to the skins of the pre-order bonus operators in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. The decision comes following fan feedback after their reveal last month.

They say it’s part of Activision’s “commitment” to making Black Ops 7 look authentic.

“As part of our commitment to the authentic look and feel of Call of Duty®: Black Ops 7, and after receiving community feedback specifically related to the Black Ops 7 Vault Edition offering, we’ve decided to implement some visual changes to three of the four Vault Edition Operators in the Operator Collection and deliver a bonus Operator Skin for T.E.D.D,” they said.

With the updates, three of the four operators from the game’s Vault Edition will see changes: Karma, Harper, and T.E.D.D. The changes coming are as follows:

  • Karma: Holographic plates and visor adjustments
  • Harper: Armor has been recolored and “streamlined”
  • T.E.D.D: His face has been decomposed to match the original look from Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. Also, the originally revealed Vault Edition skin will be available as a separate skin “with some additional adjustments”
