Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP Still Features THAT Achievement

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP was released on September 12 after months of teasers and updates from the developer. It arrives more than a decade after it first dropped, and while it hasn’t launched in a perfect state, players are happy with how faithful it has remained to the original.

That notion runs deep – aside from a few missing music tracks, it’s the same game but better. The more eagle-eyed fans among us have also noticed that the controversial achievement is still present.

We See You

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP hasn’t been censored, that’s for sure. It was a concern of fans worldwide, especially with how sensitive the global gaming community can be these days.

I am of course referring to the achievement in Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP titled ‘I Swear! I Did It By Mistake!’

To unlock this achievement, you’ll need to take a peek under the protagonist’s skirt – it’s one of the first achievements many gamers will ‘accidentally’ unlock.

I can’t believe I’m about to write this:

How to Unlock I Swear! I Did It By Mistake!

From the moment you assume control of Juliet, you can unlock this achievement. When you’re standing still, simply pivot the camera to look at the sky. Juliet will attempt to cover her skirt, but if you hold the position long enough, the achievement will pop.

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP might be a welcome re-release, but it’s not without a few issues. In the earliest reviews of the game, some technical issues have been reported, such as failing QTEs. It also looks like the game isn’t optimised so well on PC, and the developer has neglected to provide any graphics options beyond resolution.

It’s also priced a bit high, many feel. It has a relatively premium price point despite being a remake of a short game that came out more than a decade ago.
