Unseen Grand Theft Auto 4 Dev Kit Assets Have Leaked

A GTA 4 dev kit from early in the game’s development has been leaked via the GTA Forums, and it reveals a bunch of models and assets that never made it into the final release.

You just know that die-hard fans will find a way to learn about their favorite media no matter what. This is why it’s no surprise to see a full GTA 4 kit discovered. It reveals new vehicles, characters, and more that were either tweaked for launch or were omitted altogether.

GTA Forums user Pingwinek shared a full Grand Theft Auto 4 dev kit, featuring over 100 files.

An 11-year-old thread on the GTA Forums continues to keep the dream alive in the search for GTA 4 info. Pingwinek shared the zip file on March 28, and the list of contents is long.

It has countless audio samples, GTA 4 beta elements, animations, models, and more. The GTA Forums post has sifted through them, and found Ferry models, new Radio Stations, and tons of cut models.

With the eternal wait for Grand Theft Auto 6 going on, this might be a fun distraction to kill some time!
