Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 rounded out 2025 as the best-selling video game of December in the United States, staying on top for the second month in a row. The news comes from the latest sales data from Circana on January 22.
Following Black Ops 7 on the list were NBA 2K26, Battlefield 6, Madden NFL 26, and EA Sports FC 26. Only Metroid Prime 4: Beyond was a newcomer to the top 20 list, but Flight Simulator 2024 rose through the ranks and wound up 16th after placing 114th in November 2025.
