Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Z-A have a variety of different evolution methods, and Spritzee is among several Pokémon that will only evolve through specific means.
While the majority of Pokémon will evolve through levelling or easy methods like an Evolution Stone, Spritzee is a different approach, as you will require the assistance of another player to evolve it.
If you’re looking to tick off more Pokédex progress to complete Mable’s Research Tasks, here’s a breakdown of how to evolve Spritzee.
How to Evolve Spritzee Into Aromatisse in Pokémon Legends: Z-A

Spritzee evolves into Aromatisse when holding a Sachet upon completing a trade with another player, with no other way to trigger evolution.
Unlike Pokémon Legends: Arceus, which had no online features and provided single-use items to use to evolve Pokémon that usually require trading, Pokémon Legends: Z-A brings trading evolutions back to the fold—and Aromatisse is one of the many special evolutions available.
A standard trade isn’t enough, however, as Spritzee needs to have a Sachet as a held item. It’s easier than ever to complete trade evolutions in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, however, as there are community trade codes to find trade partners easily.
Can You Catch Aromatisse in Pokémon Legends: Z-A?
No, Aromatisse cannot be caught in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, and the only way to obtain one is to evolve a Spritzee.
While many other Pokémon that require trade evolutions to obtain can be caught later in the game, including in the post-game, Aromatisse does not fall into that category. It does not spawn anywhere as a standard spawn, nor can it be found as a fixed Alpha Pokémon.
The upcoming Mega Dimension DLC may change that, potentially adding an Aromatisse spawn among the many new additions, but that seems unlikely.
If you’re looking to complete your Pokédex and need to tick Aromatisse off the list, there’s no fast track to obtaining it, and trade evolution is required, but you don’t necessarily need a Nintendo Switch Online membership, as local trades will also work.
