If you can’t bear to wait a few more days, one final ARC Raiders Open Beta test awaits. It’s known as the ‘Server Slam Test,’ and it’s trying to ascertain server stability and functionality. Check out its dates and how you can take part in the final hurdle before launch.
There are no more ARC Raiders delays on the cards. We know the devs thought the game was “Not Fun,” hence earlier delays. We are now about as locked in as you’ll need to be once you set foot in Speranza and the surface for real this time. But just in case, Embark Studios has unleashed one final open beta test for ARC Raiders.
It’s a server stress test to find out how many players are likely to pop in on release day, and how the servers will handle the enormous amount of pressure likely heading the shooter’s way.
When Does The ARC Raiders Final Open Beta Server Slam Test Start?
The concluding ARC Raiders Open Beta will begin on October 17, and you’ve got until October 19 to see what the extraction shooter is all about heading into launch.
It’s only a short one, but it’s both a final chance to see if ARC Raiders is for you (it’s basically a free demo), and this is your moment to let Embark Studios know if anything needs fixing, improving, or looking at before October 30.
How To Play ARC Raiders Server Slam Test
The ARC Raiders Sever Slam Test is a fully open beta, meaning anyone can download and play it. You don’t need to obtain a code and redeem it, nor do you need to pre-order ARC Raiders.
“No codes this time. Everyone’s welcome,” says the developer on Steam.
The only thing to do on your end is to download the open beta to your format, and prepare yourself for more chaos—speaking of which.
All ARC Raiders Final Open Beta Server Slam Test Platforms
You can download the ARC Raiders Server Slam Test on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store.
It’s a current-gen release for ARC Raiders: No PS4, Xbox One, or Switch versions. If you meet the criteria for the beta, you can download and play from October 17.
Do note: Any progress you make in the ARC Raiders Server Slam Open Beta Test won’t carry over to the full game.
