WWE 2K25 is out now on Nintendo Switch 2, marking the series’ return to Nintendo consoles for the first time—WWE 2K Battlegrounds doesn’t count—since WWE 2K18. Unfortunately, however, WWE 2K25 has launched with a missing feature.
While the Nintendo Switch 2 version of WWE 2K25 includes the new mode The Island, something even the PC version doesn’t have, it doesn’t offer players the ability to upload, share, and download their custom creations with other platforms or upload custom images.

On an FAQ page for the game’s Image Uploader tool, it was confirmed that Switch 2 players “won’t be able to upload or view custom images from other platforms”. On top of that, 2K Sports says that “Nintendo Switch 2 players will not see Image Uploader based Community Creations from any platform or be able to upload their own.”
When asked about community creations on the Nintendo Switch 2, 2K didn’t provide reasoning as to why the image uploader or cross-platform sharing isn’t available. However, those on the Switch 2 can still share their custom creations with other Switch 2 owners.
Cross-platform Community Creations is available for other platforms like PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
