NetEase created a new program for College students around the world, rewarding free skins and MVPs throughout Season 3 and 3.5.
Marvel Rivals Season 3 makes several noteworthy balancing changes, including nerfs for Punisher and Iron Man, along with The Thing and Namor buffs. The update also introduces a new Domination map and adds Phoenix as a new duelist hero.
Other Season 3 highlights include reworking the Team-Up pool by replacing two existing options with two new ones. The new Phoenix Team-Up with Wolverine, in particular, will be one to keep an eye on, as both heroes are poised to become popular choices moving forward. NetEase is also celebrating the new season with a program designed to reward college students.

How to Sign Up For Marvel Rivals College Perks
As the name suggests, signing up for the College Perks program requires a valid College email. If you have that taken care of, here are the steps to get started.
- Launch Marvel Rivals.
- Locate the gear icon within the game’s interface and select it.
- From the settings menu, select the College Perks button.
- Enter your student email.
- Verify your information by checking the student email linked to your account.
To check if your college is eligible, a list is available on the College Perks website. It’s unclear whether other schools will also be eligible, but it’s worth trying if you have a student email address.
Although the costumes are only temporary, some in the store can cost up to $25, so it’s not a bad deal to get these for free.
