After a long negotiation, Ready or Not is coming to consoles. More specifically, it’s coming to Xbox, which brings Xbox Game Pass into the equation. If you’re wondering if you get it for free as part of your subscription, you’ve come to the right place.
Ready or Not has been out for a long time. Unfortunately, it’s only been in early access and on PC. This change in 2025, as Ready or Not has a console release date. PlayStation and Xbox users finally get to see what the fuss is all about.
But we’re not here to SWAT away the question, we’re here to answer it.
Can You Play Ready or Not on Xbox Game Pass?

It doesn’t appear Ready or Not is coming to Xbox Game Pass for free as part of Ultimate subscriptions.
Unless Void Interactive drops a late or post-release bombshell, Ready or Not is a full-price release. The game’s official Xbox store page doesn’t have the Game Pass logo—which is usually a big indicator of a game’s status.
Furthering this point is the fact that no Ready or Not trailers bear the Game Pass logo. The official website foregoes any Game Pass mention to cap it off. So it looks like Ready or Not is only playable if you’re prepared to shell out a few dollars or pounds on its full price tag.
It’s $49.99 or £44.99. It’s not as expensive as top-tier AAA games, but it’ll make you think about how much you’re willing to spend on the shooter.
Will Ready or Not Come to Xbox Game Pass?
It’s 50/50 right now whether Ready or Not eventually comes to Xbox Game Pass.
Sometimes with games, we have an inkling as to their future. Sequels mean a company or series has precedence, so you can gauge its potential Game Pass possibility this way. However, there’s nothing of the sort here, and so it comes down to Ready or Not’s success, and if Void Interactive can strike a deal with Microsoft.
If it does change, we’ll let you know. Keep checking back for more updates.
