Stellar Blade was first released on PlayStation 5 in April 2024, and in June 2025, it will launch on PC with a stack of upgrades and enhancements. In Stellar Blade, players assume control of Project Eve, a synthetic warrior with incredible fighting abilities. One thing that’s on most people’s minds is who is the Stellar Blade character model, and is she a real person?
In this quick guide, I’ll explain who the Stellar Blade body model is, answering your question once and for all.
Who is the Body Model for Stellar Blade?
SHIFT UP, the developer behind Stellar Blade, used South Korean model Shin Jae-eun as the body model for Stellar Blade’s Project Eve. They used advanced body scanning technology to fully replicate Shin Jae-eun’s body (and partially her likeness) in Stellar Blade.
Eve’s character model became the subject of many discussions, both good and bad, after she was revealed in the run-up to the game’s release. In Stellar Blade, players can unlock and wear many revealing outfits, which only serve to accentuate Eve’s voluptuousness. This landed well with some gamers but displeased others.
But who is Shin Jae-eun?
Shin Jae-eun is a 33-year-old South Korean model and actor, born in Seoul. She’s also known as zennyrt on social media platforms like Instagram, where she has amassed almost one million followers since being revealed as the Stellar Blade character model.
Is Shin Jae-eun in Stellar Blade 2?
We know that SHIFT UP is working on a follow-up title to Stellar Blade, but it’s not yet known who will star in it, or if Eve will be the lead character again. If she is, you can rest assured that Shin Jae-eun will come back for scanning purposes, especially as SHIFT UP has built a more advanced scanning and motion capture studio.
Who voices Eve in Stellar Blade?
Eve’s voice actor in Stellar Blade is Rebecca Hanssen (Baldur’s Gate III, The Witcher, The First Descendant). Her Japanese voice actor is Asami Seto (My Hero Academia, Bleach, Overlord).
