Rematch opened the closed beta to all PS5 users, meaning you no longer need a code to get access. Here is everything you need to know about getting in before it ends.
After creating Sifu, a third-person martial arts game, Sloclap decided to go in a completely new direction with its next project. Rematch is also played from a third-person perspective. But, instead of a martial arts Beat ’em up, Rematch is an online multiplayer soccer title.
Rematch embraces an arcade style. There are no foul or offside calls, or out of bounds lines, meaning the ball can fly around an enclosed dome like you see in Rocket League. players fell in love with the fun gameplay during the first beta and we argued the title is perfect for esports. Up until now all of the beta testing has been closed, but the doors are now open to everyone.
How to Access Rematch Beta on PS5

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to download the Rematch beta from the PlayStation store.
- From the PS5 home screen, go to the PlayStation Store.
- Go to the magnifying glass in the top right corner.
- Type in Rematch.
- Select Rematch, and download for free.
You need a PlayStation Plus subscription to download the beta and play online.
The beta includes 3v3, 4v4, and 5v5 online matches. Rematch supports cross-play across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC, but this beta is only open to PS5 users. Xbox Series X|S and PC users can only get in if they are invited. Rematch officially launches on June 19, so enjoy the beta while you can.
