How to Hide in Hiding Places in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3

Fortnite is chock-full of challenges to complete to earn heaps of XP, and if you’re struggling to work out how to hide in hiding places, we’ve got the solution.

The Week Three quest of the current season in Fortnite tasks you with hiding in a hiding spot in three separate matches. You don’t have to stay in the hiding spot for long, and there are some easy ways to burn through the quest quickly.

We’ve got all the details below, including a tip on how to earn progress toward the quest and get some top-notch loot in the process.

Hiding places in Fortnite are scattered across the map and, you guessed it, allow you to hide from your enemies—with some stopping you from taking any direct damage at all.

If you’re after a guaranteed hiding spot that’s available every game, head to Seaport City and search for a Skip to interact with. There are plenty around the city, so you won’t have to search far, but beware, as this is a popular landing zone.

Alternatively, head south of Foxy Floodgates into the mountains. Near a zipline that takes you into the mountain, a large Llama Pinata is on the ground, which you can hide in.

For other hiding spots, check the following locations for more blue skips and Llama Pinatas.

  • Crime City
  • Small mountain southeast of Brutal Boxcars

Easiest Hiding Place in Fortnite

Of all the available hiding places in Fortnite to tick off the weekly quest, there is one that is superior to all—and it’s how I completed the quest very quickly.

When you visit a hologram that gives you a Lightsaber and a Force power, entering the portal that spawns is considered to be hiding in a hiding place by Fortnite.

Although there aren’t any guaranteed locations for the holograms to spawn, they can occur anywhere on the map, so you won’t have to tie yourself to a single location, and there’s the added bonus of getting your hands on decent loot in the process.

If you can win the race to one of these holograms, it’s super quick to complete the weekly challenge. Beware though, other players will have the hologram locations appear on their map
