Star Wars Outlaws title update 1.6.0 is now live, adding the free Skeleton Crew cosmetics, the ability to shoot while riding the Speeder and more.
Star Wars Outlaws Title Update 1.6.0
The latest Star Wars Outlaws update has been released alongside their brand new story pack, A Pirate’s Fortune. The update features new gameplay upgrades, improvements, fixes and more. The size of the latest patch is 6.17 GB on the PlayStation 5, 8.55 GB on the Xbox Series X/S, 10.21 GB on PC via Ubisoft Connect and 8.5GB on Steam.
Star Wars Outlaws Gameplay Upgrades
The highlight of Star Wars Outlaws title update 1.6.0 is the ability to free-fire Kay’s blaster while riding a Speeder. Players will also be able to seamlessly switch between two-handed weapons and Kay’s blaster after the new update. These two upgrades have been added to provide a smoother combat experience. The Trailblazer customisation has also received enhancements, adding new passive systems that provide different gameplay effects.

Moreover, players will find new Space Contracts that offer multiple challenge types. Improvements have been made to shooting when behind cover to prevent hitting the environment, enemy AI when moving to cover or being suppressed, Kay’s movement animations on Stairs and Slopes, and more. There are also improvements to graphics, with enhancements towards RTXDI and Ray Reconstruction. Interested readers can check out the full patch notes here.
Skeleton Crew Cosmetic Pack
To celebrate the arrival of the brand-new story pack, A Pirate’s Fortune, Star Wars Outlaws is gifting players a free Skeleton Crew Cosmetic Pack. It features new accessories, such as a trophy for your Speeder, a trinket that can be equipped to either the Trailblazer or Kay’s Blaster and a pirate-themed outfit for Nix. Players will find the new cosmetics in the delivery crate inside the Trailblazer once they install the latest update. If you are new to the game, you must wait until you complete the “False Flag” mission to claim the rewards.
