The World Series of Warzone Global Final has come to a close in Las Vegas, and Team Vision has claimed the trophy and the $300,000 grand prize. The trio, made up of Fifakill, Lenun, and Echo, stormed to success on the grandest stage in Warzone esports, dominating the competition and soaring into first place with 153 points.
In second place sat Gentle Mates (Enkeo, HalloW, Gromalok) with 130.4 points overall.
Fifakill Wins at the World Series of Warzone Again
Ethan ‘Fifakill’ Pink has lifted another trophy at the World Series of Warzone, claiming the top spot alongside the rest of his trio from Vision Esports. In 2022, Fifakill won the North American Solo Yolo category, scooping a winner-takes-all $100,000 prize. That victory came a year after winning a European Trios tournament in the WSOW alongside WarsZ and Jukeyz.
In a post on social media, Fifakill revealed that he ‘wasn’t even going to compete’ in the World Series of Warzone.
It was a tumultuous year for the tournament, which largely went unnoticed in the competitive gaming space. The hype surrounding the event just wasn’t there compared to previous events, which is a reflection of the declining attention on Warzone and battle royale games in general.
It was recently revealed that Warzone will undergo an overhaul in Spring 2026 with the introduction of ‘Blackout’ on Avalon, a long-talked-about map that will change the face of the battle royale platform that has existed since March 2020. It could be a revitalization for the game, or another massive update that doesn’t have much of a bearing on the game’s player base.
