What Games to Expect

Generally speaking, Summer Games Fest is always a mixed bag when it comes to gaming announcements. Geoff Keighley himself has said that the show will host 3 or 4 “pretty big announcements”, but what those announcements could be are unclear.

It’s no secret that Keighley has a pretty close relationship with Hideo Kojima and Keighley has hosted some of Kojima’s past announcements before. Could an appearance of Death Stranding 2 make an appearance? Or will we be hearing more of the rumored Overdose game? Footage of the new Overdose title leaked online late last year.

We also fully anticipate that Cyberpunk 2077’s first expansion, Phantom Liberty, will be announced at the show. From the list of confirmed publishers above, CD Project Red is listed and all of its other current projects seem to be far out from announcements.
