Season 2 of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has been delayed just two days before it was set to drop. The new season will now come July 25, according to Rocksteady.
“Update: Task Force X, we’ll be adjusting the release timing for the next season, [Suicide Squad] Season 2 will now launch on July 25. Thank you for your patience,” the studio posted on the game’s official Twitter account.
As far as the reason for the delay, nothing was given. Suicide Squad Season 2 features a new playable character — Mrs. Freeze — along with new gear, missions, maps, and more. As of writing, a trailer for the new season has yet to be revealed. For what it’s worth, the trailer for Season 1 was released a week prior to the launch.
