A new event has landed in Pokémon Pokopia, introducing Sparkling Wish Notes as a new currency required to unlock event-exclusive limited-time items.
The Wish Upon a Jirachi event in Pokémon Pokopia, which kicked off on June 23 and runs until July 8, introduces Jirachi as the latest companion in the game, alongside a slew of new cosmetic items.
To obtain these, you need to exchange Sparkling Wish Notes, and Insider Gaming has all the precise details.
How to Make Wish Notes in Pokémon Pokopia
Before you get a Sparkling Wish Note in Pokémon Pokopia, you need to craft a standard Wish Note. Thankfully, these are not at all expensive, and the recipe only requires one basic ingredient.
Two pieces of Vine Rope are all that is required to craft a Wish Note, so you can easily craft a large batch in one go. However, there is a limit to the number of active Pokémon requests you can have at any single time.
Wish Notes have no other use than being used to turn into Sparkling Wish Notes, so there’s no reason to hold onto them. Once the limited-time event concludes, the items will be worthless.
Once you have a batch of Wish Notes, it’s time for the next step and turning them into Sparkling Wish Notes.
How to Get Sparkling Wish Notes in Pokémon Pokopia
Sparkling Wish Notes in Pokémon Pokopia are obtained by completing Pokémon requests during the limited-time Wish Upon a Jirachi event.
Around any town, interact with a Pokémon that is displaying a speech bubble above its head, with a Wish Note in your inventory, to hear its request. During the dialogue, you hand them a Wish Note to hold onto.
After completing the request, interact with the Pokémon again for another dialogue sequence, which includes the Pokémon handing you back the Wish Note, which has transformed into a Sparkling Wish Notes.
Now, head inside any reconstructed Pokémon Center to exchange the Sparkling Wish Notes for limited-time event exclusive items sold by Jirachi.
