Poké Ball Vivillon Available in Pokémon Legends: Z-A For a Limited Time

The butterfly Pokémon, Vivillon, has a rare feature of coming in a wide array of colors. Typically, you’ll see the colors change based on the region the Pokémon grew up in. However, on October 29, 2026 Pokémon announced the Vivillon Challenge for Pokémon Legends: Z-A. They set a goal for the community and made the reward a Poké Ball Vivillon for all.

The beginning of this challenge included everyone getting a specialty Spewpa from their Mystery Gifts that would evolve into a Vivillon who is one of 16 different colors. The second half of this event gives players the Poké Ball Vivillon if the community reached 660,000 points by catching and evolving wild or mission earned Spewpa.

Get a Poké Ball Vivillon in Pokémon Legends: Z-A

Whether or not players participated in the Vivillon Challenge, they can still receive the Poké Ball Vivillon, as long as they redeem it before February 25, 2027 at 5:59 p.m. PST. All that’s required is to have the Mystery Gift function active, then it is available in everyone’s Link Play, Mystery Gift menu. Full information about the new Vivillon is available on the Pokémon website.
