Phantom Blade Zero Pre-Load Date File Size & PC Specs Revealed

S-Game’s Phantom Blade Zero has been one of 2026’s most-talked-about games. The debut action title is a unique blend of action and brutal soulslike difficulty (but it’s not a souls game). From the looks of it, it will test the resilience of you and your PC and PS5.

Also, if you haven’t already, check out our Phantom Blade Zero Review!

Fresh off the press from the official X Phantom Blade Zero social media page: ‘Phantom Blade Zero pre-load begins October 26, 2026, at 7:00 PM PDT.’

The post is dedicated to PC users, but it’s hard to see why this wouldn’t apply to PS5 as well. So you can have PBZ loaded and booted, ready to go for launch day on October 28 for PC, and October 29 almost everywhere else.

However, the game’s file size could be slightly problematic if you’ve still got a million games downloaded on your console and PC storage, given how hectic September and October 2026 have been!

Phantom Blade Zero File Size is Nearly 150 GB

On PC, Phantom Blade Zero requires roughly 145 GB of free space. It’s 2026, unfortunately, and many polished AAA titles regularly exceed 100 GB, with PBZ pushing that slightly.

We expect PS5 to be something similar, maybe less, and if you’re on PC, check out a detailed look at PBZ’s minimum and recommended specs.
