Palworld 1.0’s New Update Improves Mod Support

A new patch has arrived for Palworld 1.0, which will improve the stability of the game when using mods.

Pocketpair’s highly anticipated open-world survival crafting game was fully released earlier this month, and while players have been excited to dive in, some have expressed dissatisfaction with a particular issue. Prior to the launch, the developers informed players that they could not officially support or guarantee the functionality of all mods. However, they have since released a patch aimed at enhancing the stability of these mods.

Palworld Update v1.0.2.100993 Details Revealed

Palworld 1.0’s latest update, patch v1.0.2.100993, has arrived, and it is a PC only update. The patch notes have revealed that the developers have made adjustments “related to processing in order to improve stability when playing with MODs” on Palworld 1.0. The devs have also assured players that even though the new patch is just for PC players, “it will not negatively affect crossplay with other versions of the game.” So now, players can jump back in with their mods for Palworld.

The developers have been working hard to improve the game, and in the past two days, they have released three updates. The first update arrived before the mods patch and included a variety of bug fixes. These fixes addressed issues related to crashes, disconnections, multiplayer functionality, missions, achievements, graphics, display, controls, user interface, and overall performance.

Just a few hours ago, the developers launched a hotfix, which was first made available to Steam users and will be rolled out to other platforms later. This hotfix for Palworld resolved an infinite loading screen issue that occurred after defeating the World Tree boss.
