Nintendo consoles are known for their iconic start-up screens. The Nintendo 64’s N appearing is a classic, but it’s eclipsed by the GameCube, which has it beat, let’s face it. It’s simple details such as these that become etched in a console’s legacy. The Switch 2 start screen won’t define the era, but it could get it off to a hot start.
Nintendo Switch 2’s Start Screen Has Been Leaked Before Release Date

X user @Stealth40k shared a video showing what the Nintendo Switch 2 does when you power up the device.
The Joy-Con clicking sound is back and as powerful as ever. However, it’s accompanied by a cheery and playful jingle, along with more beeps and boops than a Star Wars party exclusively featuring R2-D2 droids.
It’s fun, and funky, and the home screen icons are colorful and stand out. It’s not a complete reinvention, but it feels like a fun continuation of what Nintendo did with the first Switch console.
