How to Watch The September 2026 Nintendo Direct
As ever, YouTube will be the best place to watch the September 2026 Nintendo Direct, and the company will also push out all the trailers and major reveals as separate videos.
Nintendo will broadcast across several channels and multiple languages, providing subtitles where required, but you can also follow the action elsewhere.
Plenty of content creators are set to be live alongside the Nintendo Direct, sharing their thoughts and live reactions to the news, alongside their own build-up and post-show discussions.
Insider Gaming will also have detailed coverage of the show, including everything announced and all the big news.
What to Expect & Rumored Games
While Nintendo hasn’t officially shared any hints of what to expect, a slew of leaks have already started to emerge.
The leaks range from DLC for the likes of Mario Kart World to a new Smash Bros. title, though the biggest leaks of all could have come directly from an EB Games Poster which showed the alleged release dates for several upcoming titles, including Metroid: Ravenous, Mario Sluggers, and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake.
Release dates for Nintendo Sports Resort should be announced, alongside the Ocarina of Time Remake, though the latter will likely be revealed a day earlier in The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct.
There could also be some news from The Pokémon Company to round-off it’s 30th anniversary year, though that may be saved for a later Pokémon Presents, if one is planned before the end of 2026.
